Jill and Ian's Simply Stunning December Wedding

From the moment we pulled away from setting up Jill and Ian's wedding at the gorgeous Cascata Country Club in Boulder City I have been dying to share with everyone the beauty of this wedding. It truly was a perfect day perfectly planned to every through every little detail. Jill, an interior designer, was very much a DIY bride which made my job all the much easier. All I had to do was come in and place a few little accents here and there and get to stand back and be so impressed with her impeccable style. Chelsea Nicole did an amazing job being sure to capture thos little details for us.

The bridal bouquet was constructed souly of succulents. When we were standing picking out each little plant that would become part of this bouquet we were looking for a varation of color shades and textures to truly bring it to life. Accenting the handle with burlap and cork buttons tied in so well with all of the other little details throughout the day.

The faboulsly styled bridesmaids in their Anthropologie dresses carried bouquet of grasses, berries, and greens filled in with bulsa wood blooms in different styles. Jill's two sisters who served as Co Maid of Honors had bouquets that also had a few succulent accents.

On each table we did a mix of varying style jars, bottles and containers to sit on top of wood pieces all filled with different types of succulents, grasses, grains, and berries. To bring the look full circle we placed cut succulents around the arrangements and wood blooms on each table setting.

Kristen and Casey at Trump Las Vegas

When I first met Kristen and Casey they were in town for the weekend planning their November 2010 wedding at Trump International Hotel Las Vegas. This sweet couple from Texas had a vision for a manicured garden feel wedding on the North Deck using canary yellow and olive green with highlights of slate gray and some sparkle. We were able to capture their vision and bring it to life. Thank you to the wonderful Chelsea Nicole for capturing all of the details of the big day.

Kristen's bridal bouquet was a mix of yellow roses, freesia, billy balls, ranunculus, and some manicured greens all tied together with olive green ribbon and a custom silver crystal accent. We did a mini version of the bridal bouquet for the bride's sweet daughter and the maid of honor. For the bridesmaids we did a more simple version with just roses and ranunculus with some greenery.

The ceremony area was set up with our wood arbor that we accented with a light yellow sheer fabric, some yellow florals and the couple's monogram in moss with a few yellow blooms. Kristen loved the  Down the aisle we did small arrangements hanging in moss vessels that were later used as embellishments on different tables in the reception.

While guests were enjoying cocktails in another area the fabulous staff of Trump flipped the North Deck into the reception location. On half of the tables we did round arrangements of yellow and greens blooms surrounded with votives. The other half of the tables were square arrangements that had a large trio of olive candles in the middle. We also provided the couple with containers for their candy bar as well as a wheat grass table treatment for their escort cards.

Kristen and Casey were so wonderful to work with. Thank you guys for letting us be part of your big day. We feel so blessed to be able to call you guys friends.
